History

Rockford Heat Treaters was founded in 1967 with the vision of providing fast, quality heat treating services.

Over the last 50 years we have grown to a 50,000 sq. ft. facility offering an array of processes to meet your heat treating needs and on time demands. We have been a family owned business since 1999, with over 100 years of management heat treating experience. Our employees and customer base have been the backbone of our success. We have built many great business relationships over the years, and hope to continue expanding our relations with new business.

With over 50 years of servicing an array of customers, we know what it takes to give our customers the quality and service that they need to be competitive in today's market. Being a family owned and operated company, we have the advantage of hands-on daily operations, ensuring that the customer always comes first. We are continually moving forward to stay current with today's technology and the environment.

We have recently begun an endeavor with new data acquisition software, to electronically gather all real time operations of each piece of equipment. This will give us the ability to document every step of our customer's product.

We go to great lengths to keep our shop clean and orderly. Our customers are always welcome to come and visit our facility.
