Rockford Heat Treaters has 30 in house tempering units and 1 belt tempering furnace with a capacity of 44" x 20' x 8"

Batch furnaces with controlled atmosphere for small runs or continuous production.

Our lab supports all of our in house inspection and customer needs. Our services are also supported by an accredited lab.

Rockford Heat Treaters has two state-of-the-art continuous Pusher furnaces with 4,000 lbs. an hour unit capacity. For both neutral and case hardening with automatic controllers and carbon probes.
